For Lely’s current and potential customers to have understanding and insights about which products they offer and what they can deliver for them, we have developed a new structure for their products and so change Lely from a product to a customer oriented company.

Re-positioning of Lely consumables. We have established the value proposition of the product group of Lely consumables including the statement. Together with the specialists of Lely we also redesigned the product categories to Milk Care, Cow Care and Machine Care.
